Emergency Contact Details

After hours emergency contact details for building managers and tradespeople.

If you have an urgent problem, such as a burst pipe or loss of essential services, please contact your Strata Committee or if you have a Building Manager contact them prior to using the below trades.

Please note that Strata Schemes will not reimburse owners for repairs that are not Strata responsibility or that are non-urgent and have not been approved by the committee or Strata Scheme.

Non-urgent Maintenance

For any non-urgent repairs, please e-mail your strata manager, building manager or submit your request via our online form.

When emailing your request, please note in your email subject line:
the Strata Plan number, Address of the property and Lot Number (where relevant)
For example, SP1231, 117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale – Lot 1 and or unit 1

After-Hours Emergency Contacts

Any repairs or maintenance requests should be referred to the strata manager during office hours. The following tradespeople should only be contacted in the event of an emergency as callout fees may apply.

After hours emergency repairs should only be reported by telephone as emails may not be monitored outside normal working hours.

If you contact any of the tradespeople directly, please advise our office on the next business day.
