If there is a maintenance issue, please use this form to report it to us. For a swift and effective resolution, it’s essential that we are made aware of all the relevant information surrounding the issue so that we may assist the Committee and rectify the issue as soon as possible.
To submit a Maintenance Request, please provide the following:
- A detailed description of the maintenance issue,
- Contact information for an onsite person who can meet the respective trade/s
