Property Management Finance + Administration - Northern Beaches

We are on the hunt for our next Real Estate professional to step into a Property Management / Finance and Administration role.

Do you have great attention to detail and are keen step into the Real Estate industry? Maybe you an existing or in-training Real Estate professional, or even an existing Property Manager looking for a better place to work.  Do you have a track record of providing exceptional client service?

Either way, Precise Property are able to offer a great opportunity to the right person regardless of industry experience. This position has been created as a result of promotion within our business so all the knowledge, support and history still sit with the business as well as plenty of other experience and expertise from the rest of our close knit team. Training will be provided by our long-standing Property Manager who is stepping into their next role within the business.

Precise Property have offices in the Northern Beaches, Sydney, Nelson Bay / Port Stephens and Byron Bay which all work closely together. Enough about us! What does the opportunity involve? 

We are offering a full-time position Monday to Friday. No weekends, no afterhours work. There is a possibility that long term you might see interest to evolve your career with Precise Property should you “find your calling” in one of our other property divisions.


You will be responsible for the financial and administration side of Property Management. A 99% office-based role.

Despite the administrative side, your role is still very much about relationships and communication both internally and externally. We have a portfolio you will be assisting to manage spread across our 3 offices. The portfolio includes commercial offices, mixed use properties, industrial units, and a handful of residential apartments. We do not offer residential property management for houses (and there’s a good reason why!).

We offer full training and ongoing support from multiple team members that have done, or currently do this exact role within our business. We also pay for your training for the required industry education to be a Property Manager.

What’s a day in this role involve? 

  • financial administration using industry specific software
  • administering and onboarding new business / managements
  • co-ordinating incoming and outgoing tenants
  • contact for tenants and owners
  • coordination of repairs and maintenance together with the property managers.
  • Coordinating / communication incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
  • liaising with Property Managers as well as the sales and leasing departments.
  • documentation and reports
  • general administration as required


To be successful in this role you ideally will be; 

  • not essential (but will give you a great head start!) – be currently or previously a Property Manager, Facilities Manager, Maintenance or Operations Manager, Real Estate Agent or similar,
  • Real Estate assistant or administration wiz
  • Someone with exceptional communication and organisational skills with a track record of outstanding client service
  • Financial administrative skills – bookkeeper or just someone who has exceptional attention to detail and understanding of business or property finance.
  • Ideally a Northern Beaches local as we wouldn’t want a commute to tarnish your day!

You will have;

  • The ability to communicate with others and work in a team environment
  • Computer and financial reporting literacy
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Existing Real Estate License / NSW Certificate or Registration or commitment to immediately undertake required education and certification.


Remuneration is negotiable based on skills and experience. To be structured around a base salary and allowances.

Strata Manager - Northern Beaches

Strata Manager – Northern Beaches

We are looking for a full-time Strata Manager to join our growing business. If you value great service and in turn deliver great service and you enjoy a great team culture, then Precise Property is for you!

Precise Property is a well-established integrated property services business with our main office on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Precise Property offers a range of property services including Strata Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, Sales and Leasing. We are currently a team of 14 and growing. We are looking for a Strata Manager or potentially a Strata Assistant / Support person who is ready to take the next step and become a Strata Manager.

We are heavily focussed on exceptional service. Our number of managed strata lots per manager is far lower than our competitors and each Strata Manager is fully supported with a strata support team and dedicated assistant. Our culture is based on hard work and a bit of fun and work-life balance is a top priority for us. We are also very proud to say that Precise has NEVER had a single person resign. The role involves Monday to Friday work only – no weekends except in cases of emergency. We are looking for a start date in mid-January at the latest.

Your day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of buildings
  • Building and maintain relationships with owners, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Arranging Owners Corporation and Strata Committee meetings, drafting agendas, actioning minutes and, arranging and approving quotes and work orders
  • Managing compliance and adherence to By-Laws
  • Chairing meetings
  • Maintaining and growing your portfolio
  • Cross exposure to other managers portfolios
  • Delivering “WOW” experiences!

Skill Requirements:

  • Strata Management experience with knowledge of current strata legislation
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Autonomous worker
  • Service focussed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Obsessed with being organised and on top of your workload
  • Likes to have a bit of fun and banter in the office!
