I make sure our team is delivering on our promises and that we have all the right systems and processes across all divisions. I’ve previously held multiple roles in our business meaning I’m well versed in all our departments – there’s not a staff member here I can’t help out or fill-in for!

I joined the team tasked with the sole mission of “getting stuff done!” There are very few people who possess the level of enthusiasm and eagerness that I have when it comes to getting involved and offering assistance wherever it may be needed. My speciality lies in efficiently resolving any nagging or complex issues, making sure everything gets done in a swift and organised manner.

Working as part of the Client Services team means being one of the people clients connect with when they contact our office. I assist with incoming calls, connect people with the relevant team members, and ensure questions are passed on to the appropriate person. With my diverse experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting, I have now dedicated myself exclusively to Strata Accounts! My responsibilities include a variety of tasks to help support the strata team such as checking, coding, and paying strata invoices, ensuring their timely authorisation, approval, and payment! I also maintain up-to-date records for our managed buildings, guaranteeing that everything is kept organised and in order!

As a core member of the financial services team, I draw upon my diverse experience from my background in accounting. I handle a range of responsibilities, from processing creditor accounts to overseeing various financial documents like invoices and reports. My keen eye for detail, combined with my strong multitasking skills, ensures that all tasks, regardless of their size, are executed with precision and enthusiasm!

With a background in Property Management, I now lead key compliance efforts to ensure our buildings meet essential safety and regulatory standards. I’m passionate about using my organisational skills, clear communication, and attention to detail to keep requirements on track and operations running smoothly I’m proud to support safer, well-managed buildings and make things easier for both our clients and the people who live and work in them.

Coming from a Business Development background, I’ve found many of those same skills translate well into strata administration — particularly when it comes to organisation, communication, and follow-through. I started with Precise in the Repairs and Maintenance team and have since grown into the strata admin team, allowing me to further develop my skills and support the team in keeping things running.

As the Strata Maintenance and Repairs Team Leader, I lead our team in keeping every building we manage running smoothly. I oversee service requests, coordinate with trusted contractors, and ensure all maintenance meets our compliance and quality standards. My focus is on delivering timely, reliable outcomes while supporting the team to provide the responsive, personalised service Precise is known for.

With my previous experience in the strata industry, I bring a strong understanding of compliance and processes, with a focus on accuracy and clear communication. At Precise, I am part of the Repairs and Maintenance Team, responsible for the coordination of building maintenance, working closely with contractors and property managers to ensure works are managed efficiently. I am organised, have a practical approach and am always ready to jump in to support the team.

Using my previous experience in the strata and property industry, I enjoy working closely with the team to find practical solutions when issues arise. I have been an integral part of the Precise team since 2007, previously working within the Facilities and Property Management teams before transitioning into design and marketing. Now my day-to-day work is all about driving marketing initiatives that enhance our brand visibility, strengthen our market presence and really bring the Precise Property brand to life.
