I’m the master of support, responsible for keeping strata plans in check. I act as a traffic controller, ensuring everyone has access to the right information and instructions. This makes life easier for our Strata Team, Owners, and Building trades and contractors. I also maintain regular contact with Owners Corporations, ensuring they have everything they need, and that instructions are scheduled, documented, processed and reported.
