  1. One of our friendly Strata Managers will contact you to arrange a meeting with the strata committee and answer any additional questions. We can meet at your building, our office or via an online meeting.
  1. Once the committee decides they would like to go ahead, we will need a copy of the strata roll. From here take care of all the details for you, and guide you through anything extra making it super easy to join the Precise family.
