There are several certificate types available. Here’s a quick overview to help you select the right one:
NSW Certificates:
A Letter of Authority from the Owner is required, as per Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 – Sect 184:
- Section 184 (Primary Lot): For the primary lot.
- Section 184 (Additional Lot): For any additional utility lots, such as car spaces or storage units.
- Section 174 Certificate: The equivalent to a Section 184 under the Community Land Management Act 2021.
QLD Certificates:
- Body Corporate Information Certificate: Form 33 equivalent under Section 205 of the BCCM Act 1997.
