To complete the Pet Application Form provided below, you will need the following:
- A copy of your Council Registration Papers
- A photograph of your pet
- Landlord or managing agent’s consent to keep a pet (if applicable)

If you opt to complete this form online, a copy of your completed form will also be emailed to your nominated email address for your records.
Please note, this is an application only. Permission to keep a pet is not granted until you have received written consent from your Strata Manager.
