To request an additional key, swipe, fob, or remote control for your scheme, please complete the provided application form and return it to us.
Only lot owners or individuals authorised by the lot owner are eligible to apply for additional access devices. If you’re a tenant, you are required to go through your real estate/leasing agent.
Once we receive your application, your Strata Manager or Building Manager will guide you through the process to acquire additional access devices for your scheme. The costs associated with the additional access devices, including any issuing fees, will be communicated to you by your strata manager.
Please note that your new key(s) will only be issued once your request has been confirmed and your payment (if required) has been received.
