We are Melbourne residents and were amongst the earlier purchasers of a suite in Lifestyle Working in 2010. The building boasts high environmental performance and shared facilities and is located near Westfield at 117 Old Pittwater Rd. Initially the property was under the management of Stable Real Estate and we dealt with Dan Harcourt. About 5 years ago it evolved into Precise Property and Rob Bakker soon became our point of contact. We have been fortunate to have received the highest standard of care from the agency; this has been particularly reassuring as we are remote from the suite and depend completely on the managing agent.

Following the high standard set by Dan Harcourt we had some concerns about the change in the agent we were to deal with. We have however been more than pleased through our association with Rob Bakker. He has looked after all aspects of the building and tenancy management with the utmost professionalism, and has kept us continually in the loop. He has managed to shepherd both tenants and owners and we have had no break in tenancy, even through the first Covid-19 lockdown in 2020.

In short we have full confidence in Precise Property and particularly in Rob’s capacity to look after both owners and tenants. We can unreservedly recommend both Rob and the agency
