To submit a Payment Requisition, please include:
- A copy of the receipted (paid) tax invoice
- Any supporting documents related to the expense
Alternatively, you can download the form by clicking the ‘DOWNLOAD FORM’ button on the left. Once completed, please return it to strata@precise.property along with your receipted invoice and supporting documents.
If you choose to complete the form online, a copy of your submitted form will also be emailed to your nominated address for your records.
